Programming Recipes

I stumbled upon a free download today that I quite like. It’s called Cooking Aficionado and is a program for organizing recipes. While it is quite basic it works perfectly for what I want. I’ve tried to use a few web sites for this purpose and I like the ability, but the interfaces leave much to be desired. Most of the web sites are really more for flagging/storing the recipes on their web site, while CA is just for keeping my own recipes and has no affiliation with Nestle, Campbell’s or any other big name food company. It’s simple enough that I thought about writing something like it and then I could alter it when I wanted to. So far however it works just like I would expect and don’t think it would be worth the time to write my own.
